Lancaster County is home to Rock Lititz, where many of the biggest names in entertainment come to fine tune their live acts before taking them on tour to millions of fans. The 96-acre campus combines industry leading vendors with state-of-the-art facilities, creating an indisputable destination for world-class talent. Bom Bom is proud to have fostered a longstanding partnership with Rock Lititz to create and support a brand that grows with the community.
The Rock Lititz brand began before Bom Bom, with the bold and angular logo designed by GoWelsh. That logo found its way to TAIT, where a young Adam Taylor–now partner at Bom Bom–was entrusted to use it to codify the Rock Lititz visual identity. The graphic motifs, type pairings, and iconic electric yellow galvanized the logo to form an identity now globally synonymous with excellence in live production. Rock Lititz was ready for its debut.
The Rock Lititz website is the first space that would introduce this ambitious community to the world. With Bom Bom’s stewardship, the website has adapted alongside the years of enduring growth of the Rock Lititz community, their offerings, and their flourishing reputation — complete with the addition of a secondary website dedicated to events which equip and educate the next generation of preeminent live industry professionals.
As the premier destination for live event production, Rock Lititz needs a brand that performs at the same level as the world-class talent that steps onto the campus. Bom Bom develops assets that realize the visual identity — baking it into everything from day-to-day documentation, wayfinding signage, facility accents, social content and more.
Brand Strategy + Beyond
Bom Bom engaged in an extensive brand strategy initiative with Rock Lititz to plan for the future growth of the community and ensure that the brand evolves in tandem. Our process involved collaborating with senior leadership on brand personality modules and developing customer personas with their in-house studio team. The resulting holistic analysis identified opportunities for brand and mission to work in concert with one another.
